Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns
● Items can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
● Final sale items, such as sale or discounted merchandise, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
● We do not accept returns on body suits or accessories for hygiene reasons.
● Gift Cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • If you send your items back without requesting a return first, your items will not
    be accepted.

● Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
● You will then receive email instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Return Shipping
● Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● We do not provide shipping labels.


4. Refund Process
● Once your return is received and inspected, we will add the store credit to your account.
● All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
● If the item(s) do not meet the return criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags), we will not issue the credit.


5. Exchanges
● If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.

  • Please note, you cannot exchange your item for a completely different item.

● Exchanges are subject to availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
● We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
